Every new patient looking to book a massage with Deborah must begin their journey with a 75-minute Initial Assessment, designed to fully understand your needs and create a personalized care plan.

What to Expect:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.

• Wear a sports bra and shorts for the assessment portion, as this allows for a thorough evaluation of your movement, posture, and alignment. 

• If time permits, we will proceed with initial treatment during this appointment.
